ULSTER PARK – A 47-year-old Ulster Park man has been arrested and charged with assault and unlawful imprisonment following a domestic dispute on the evening of Sunday, March 17, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office reported on Thursday.
Stephen Skipp allegedly caused physical injury to a victim during the dispute and prevented her from leaving the location.
He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
