TOWN OF BEDFORD – A 53-year-old Bronx man was killed when his car ran off Interstate 684 in the Town of Bedford and struck a tree, State Police reported on Tuesday.
The accident occurred on April 14 at about 3:15 p.m.
Investigation determined the crash of the 2006 Honda CRV occurred when it veered to the left, entered the median at a high rate of speed and struck a tree.
Initially the driver was identified with a valid driver’s license as Jose Perez Rosa, but further investigation revealed the victim was Mario Goris of the Bronx.
