POUGHKEEPSIE – Police in Poughkeepsie have confirmed the identity of the man shot to death two days ago. Justin Johnson, 18, was shot in the head in front of 400 Main Street shortly after midnight. Johnson, a city resident, previously resided in Queens
Several hours later, Rajeam Jackson, 25, of Poughkeepsie was arrested and charged with second degree murder.
