TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – Captain Kevin Faber graduated from the FBI National Academy’s 270th session. The 11-week session consisted of 222 law members of law enforcement from 49 states, 20 countries, three military organizations and four federal civilian organizations.
The National Academy is a professional course of study for law enforcement managers that provides coursework in intelligence theory, terrorism and terrorist mindsets, management science, law, behavioral science, law enforcement communications, forensic science, and health and fitness to better prepare law enforcement leaders for the complex, dynamic, and contemporary challenges of today.  
The FBI National Academy, based in Quantico, Virginia, was founded in 1935 and has graduated more than 50,000 law enforcement leaders from over 170 countries.
