NORTH HIGHLANDS – One person died died in a fire at the Stepping
Stone Group Home at 345 Route 301 in North Highlands.
The two-alarm fire broke out late Thursday night. The cause remains under
investigation by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.
The name of the victim has not yet been released.
