TOWN OF NEWBURGH – A Brooklyn man is being held in the Orange County
Jail without bail after his arrest Tuesday night while driving on the
Thruway in the Town of Newburgh.
State Police said Mansswr Saleh, 40, was found in possession of over two
pounds of KHAT, or
cathinone , and 50 cartons of untaxed and unstamped cigarettes.
He was taken into custody and charged with felony criminal possession
of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession or transport or offer
for sale of unstamped cigarettes, and vehicle and traffic violations.
