COXSACKIE – A joint investigation conducted by the Greene County
District Attorney’s Office, the New York State Police, the Greene
County Sheriff’s Office and the Capital District Drug Enforcement
Task Force resulted in a search warrant being executed at a residence
in the Town of Coxsackie.
The nine-month investigation resulted in recovery of approximately 31
ounces of Cocaine and $23,000 cash from the home resulting in the arrest
of both occupants.
Raul Pagan Sr., 60, and Nannette Pagan, 52, were charged with two felony
counts of criminal possession of a controlled of a controlled substance
and criminally using drug paraphernalia as a misdemeanor.
Both Pagans were committed to the Greene County Jail with no bail.
