WHITE PLAINS – A Port Chester man was sentenced in Westchester County Court on Tuesday to 20 years in state prison for stabbing another man to death during a home invasion robbery.
Jahkim McGhee, 22, pled guilty to manslaughter in connection with the Sunday, September 11, 2011 murder of Anthony Guglielmo in his home in Port Chester.
Police were notified of the crime by the victim’s daughter, 14-year-old Nicole Guglielmo, who said her father had been stabbed by an intruder.  Officers found him lying on the living room floor in a massive pool of blood. A large butcher knife was on the floor and the victim had a stab wound to the chest.
An investigation by Port Chester and Westchester County Police found that Guglielmo and his daughter had lived in an apartment across the street from McGhee in 2010 and early 2011.
During McGhee’s plea, he admitted to acting alone in the stabbing.
