SAUGERTIES – A 23-year-old Saugerties man is under arrest after
he entered an unsecured garage, tried to hide in a storage area above
the kitchen, but fell through the ceiling.
Santiago Perez was located by the resident of the household, who notified
Saugerties Police.
Investigation led to his arrest on a charge of felony burglary.
Perez was committed to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail
or $3,000 bond.
