Kuhn
MONTICELLO – A U.S Military Academy grad who spent the last 10 years in Westchester County’s Department of Family Services is returning home to Sullivan County, as the newest deputy commissioner in Health and Family Services.
Robert Kuhn was introduced to county legislators during Thursday’s Health and Family Services Committee meeting by Commissioner Joseph Todora, saying he brings expertise in children’s services and foster care.
Kuhn said it’s good to be back.
“Thank you for bringing me back,” Kuhn said. “I’d like to say to Joe that we have a pretty good dream team up there now.”
Kuhn will be working closely with the other deputy commissioner, William Moon, who joined the department a year ago and has helped Health and Family Services from some significant management problems early last winter.
