FALLSBURG – The Town of Fallsburg Police Department arrested a Port Jervis man on charges that he had sex with a 15-year-old girl in Loch Sheldrake during the month of February.
Police charged Sandro Rodriguez, 22, with five felony counts of rape and five counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bail.
Fallsburg Police were assisted by Port Jervis Police.
