MIDDLETOWN- Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties will hold its Annual Gala on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at West Hills Country Club. For their many years of commitment, dedication, and service to Hospice and our community, we are proud to honor Dr. Susan Jensen and Horizon Family Medical Group and Mr. Michael J. Gilfeather, President & CEO, and Orange Bank & Trust Company.
