Rhinebeck Bank promotes Jamie Bloom to EVP, Chief Banking Officer & COO

POUGHKEEPSIE- Jamie Bloom has been promoted to executive vice president, chief banking officer and chief operating officer at Rhinebeck Bank.

During her financial services career of more than 30 years, Bloom has held numerous management roles, showcasing her dedication and expertise.  Most recently, she served as the bank’s chief operating officer, overseeing Rhinebeck’s IT, deposit operations, loan operations, human resources, residential lending and retail banking departments.  In her new role, Bloom will assume responsibility for all sales functions, including retail banking, lending departments and Rhinebeck Asset Management, while retaining oversight of the bank’s operations functions.

Bloom is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s National School of Banking at Fairfield University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Marist College.
