GOSHEN – In Orange County, there are a number of organizations working to attract new business and the chairman of the board of the Industrial Development Agency said they will be working closely together in the future.

Michael Torelli told the board on Tuesday they will all be meeting with the county administration.

“We are going to be meeting with our partners in economic development, the Orange County Partnership, the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, in the very near future to come with a game plan for economic development for the county. It is something we are working with the county executive on,” he said.

The IDA is designed to provide financial incentives for new commercial projects. The Partnership and Chamber of Commerce are membership-based organizations with missions of business attraction and retention.
