NEW CITY – A Spring Valley man has been charged with two felony counts of assault and a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a weapon.
The charges against Kirwin Forrest, 30, stem from an incident that occurred on Wednesday, April 8 at 75 North Pascack Road in Nanuet.
Forrest allegedly slashed a man and woman with a knife.
His virtual arraignment was handled by Assistant Rockland County District Attorney Ryan Sweeney.
