YOUNGSVILLE – A 31-year-old Callicoon woman has been arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident on Route 52 in Youngsville.
State Police said Kathleen Nober was arrested following investigation. She was driving a car on Monday, February 3, which struck Nusreta Mujevic, 52, of Youngsville. She was airlifted to Westchester Medical Center where she died from her injuries.
Nober was arraigned and released pending a future court appearance.
