SAUGERTIES – A Highland man was arrested late Sunday morning after he allegedly violated a no-contact order of protection, prohibiting him from having any contact with the victim in a domestic violence incident. Police were called to an apartment at 38 Glasco Turnpike in Saugerties where they arrested Calvin Mann, 28, of Highland.
Mann was charged with criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, two counts of criminal mischief, assault, aggravated family offense and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of bail.
