KINGSTON – A Town of Ulster man, who was indicted by an Ulster County grand jury on drug charges, was arrested by Kingston City Police.
The arrest of Norman Guishard, 51, followed an investigation over the course of several months concerning heroin sales in Kingston. He was charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance and sent to the Ulster County Jail pending further court action.
