PHILMONT – Columbia County Sheriff’s investigators arrested a Castleton man on a misdemeanor charge of forcible touching.
Michael Ramm, 37, was previously arrested by the sheriff’s office on October 11, 2017 for forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child regarding a separate victim. This investigation resulted from information gathered after the first arrest.
Ramm is accused of touching the intimate parts of another person for no legitimate purpose. The alleged act was reported to have been committed in the Village of Philmont in 2017.
The Columbia County District Attorney’s Office assisted with the investigation.
