FALLSBURG – A Woodbourne man was arrested by Fallsburg Town Police and charged with felony drug possession after he was stopped while operating a dirt bike on a public road without a helmet and while his driving privilege was suspected.
Police said the man was found in possession of cocaine and was also wanted by Monticello Police on an active warrant for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail pending a future court appearance.
