Dutchess County Bar Association screens judicial candidates

POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess
County Bar Association has screened 12 judicial candidates to evaluate
their qualifications for election to the office they are seeking.

The results follow:

Hon. David Everett, candidate for justice of the Supreme Court, was found
to be highly qualified.

Hon. William Giacomo, candidate for justice of the Supreme Court, was
found to be highly qualified.

Hon. Hal Greenwald, candidate for justice of the Supreme Court, was found
to be qualified.

Nancy Quinn Koba, Esq., candidate for justice of the Supreme Court, was
found to be highly qualified.

Hon. Joan Lefkowitz, candidate for justice of the Supreme Court, was found
to be highly qualified.

Hon. Michael Martinelli, candidate for justice of the Supreme Court, was
found to be qualified.

Hon. Barry Warhit, candidate for justice of the Supreme Court, was found
to be highly qualified.

Thomas Zugibe, Esq., candidate for justice of the Supreme Court, was found
to be highly qualified.

Hon. Michael Hayes, candidate for justice of the Surogates Court, was
found to be highly qualified.

Thomas Mansfield, Esq., candidate for judge of the Surrogates Court, was
found to be qualified.

Karen Hagstrom, Esq., candidate for judge of the Family Court, was found
to be highly qualified.

Hon. Jeffrey Martin, candidate for judge of the Family Court, was found
to be highly qualified.
