SLATE HILL – A 76-year-old school bus aid for the Minisink Valley Central School District has been arrested on a charge of felony sexual abuse following an investigation by the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
It is alleged that Nicola Loguerico of New Hampton had allegedly inappropriately touched an eight-year-old girl over the course of last week.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
