KINGSTON – A Kingston man was arrested in connection with a May 28 attack in the city. Charles Miles, 54, was charged with assault.
On May 28, Kingston uniform police officers and firefighters were called to the area of Greenkill Avenue and Fair Street where they found a 30-year-old man with injuries in the parking lot of a local business. It was determined that the man had been the victim of an assault and had received a serious head injury.
On June 21, members of the Detective Division and Special Investigations Unit arrested Miles.
