PA man arrested with portable meth lab in his vehicle

TOWN OF ULSTER – A Wood,
Pennsylvania man, who was found passed out in a vehicle on Ulster Avenue
in the Town of Ulster, was arrested for possessing a portable methamphetamine
lab in the auto.

Ulster Town Police were called to check on the welfare of the man, identified
as Brian Lazor, 35, at 11 p.m. on Saturday, March 3.

He was charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine as a felony
as well as two counts of misdemeanor drug possession and criminal possession
of a hypodermic instrument. He also had marijuana in his possession.

Lazor was remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.

The Ulster Police Department was assisted by the State Police Contaminated
Crime Scene Response Team, City of Kingston Fire Department Haz-mat Team,
Ulster Hose Fire Department, Mobile Life Support Services and Kingston
City Police.
