Doors open at 8:00 Thursday morning
KIAMESHA LAKE – Resorts World Catskills opens officially on Thursday morning, but the systems were tested on Monday when the casino was opened in a private invitation-only event.
Executive Vice President Charles Degliomini said all systems are a-go for Thursday following the Monday trial run.
“It actually allows us to test our gaming systems and processes as well as our people with cash transactions,” Degliomini said. “On Thursday, we will have a ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. and we will be open to the public.”
The casino will include restaurants, casino bars, entertainment and upscale hotel.
