Man charged with unlawful surveillance, criminal possession of weapons

NEW LEBANON – A New Lebanon man was arrested on Friday following
an investigation into a complaint of unlawful surveillance.

State Police executed a search warrant following the January 3 complaint
on Route 20 in the Town of New Lebanon and seized illegal weapons and
some 33.5 grams of marijuana.

Justin Lottey was charged with a felony of unlawful surveillance, four
counts of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of marijuana,
all as misdemeanors.

He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
