EAST FISHKILL – Two people were arrested by East Fishkill Town
Police and charged with drug possession following an accident in the parking
lot at a convenience store on Route 82.
While investigating, officers discovered that the driver, Mikal Anderson,
40, of Pleasant Valley, and his passenger, Nicole Creighton, 30, of Poughkeepsie,
were in possession of brown heroin, oxycodone, valium and MDMA, also known
as Molly. Police also seized marijuana, suboxone and over $930 in cash.
Anderson was charged with four felony drug possession counts and unlawful
possession of marijuana. He was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in
lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
Creighton was charged with misdemeanor drug possession and unlawful possession
of marijuana and was released on her own recognizance.
