Man charged with menacing with weapon

DOVER – A Dover man was arrested on Monday following a domestic dispute and charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.
State Police were called to an address on Route 22 in the Town of Dover where investigation found that Jay Spock, 50, allegedly menaced the victim and was in possession of a sawed-off shotgun in violation of barrel length restrictions.
Spock was released on his own recognizance.
