THOMPSON – Resorts World Catskills will hold an information session on Monday, October 2 in Newburgh to provide details about the casino dealer school it is operating in Orange County and the way interested persons may register for classes, which will be held at Stewart Airport.
The dealer school trains people in skills that will enable them to apply for table game dealer positions at Resorts World Catskills in the Town of Thompson.
Anyone interested in becoming a table game dealer should attend the information session. Prior casino experience is not required.
The casino is expected to hire some 600 dealers prior to opening in March of next year.
The information session is free and will be held at 7 p.m. on October 2 at Kaplan Hall, SUNY Orange, One Washington Center in Newburgh.
