SAUGERTIES – A man has been arrested and charged with forcible touching following a complaint from a woman.
Steven Quick, Jr., 28, allegedly exposed the woman to unwanted sexual contact while at a barbeque on May 29 at 2252 Route 32 in Saugerties.
Quick was arrested on Tuesday, June 13 and charged with a misdemeanor. Saugerties Town Court also issued an order of protection on behalf of the victim. He was released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
