Poughkeepsie man arrested floor installation down payments, not doing any work

MONTGOMERY – State Police have charged a Poughkeepsie man with
grand larceny and scheme to defraud for allegedly accepting down payments
for flooring installation and not doing the work.

State Police at Montgomery arrested Martin Dyckman, 45, on the felony
charges. It is alleged that he accepted over $5,000 in down payments from
several victims to install flooring in their homes without ever purchasing
any supplies or starting any work.

He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000
bail.
