Hallock
PLATTEKILL – A Plattekill man was arrested Thursday for allegedly operating a methamphetamine lab. Franklin Hallock, 37, was taken into custody at his Huckleberry Turnpike residence.
Due to the nature of the materials there, a State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team responded and executed the search warrant.
Hallock was charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both as felonies, and misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine materials and criminal possession of drugs. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
