Fugitive wanted in Ulster turns himself in

KINGSTON – A Poughkeepsie man, who was wanted on felony drug charges, has been arrested by the URGENT Task Force.
Rackish Salmon, 32, who had been indicted by an Ulster County grand jury on charges of criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance, was taken into custody by officers when he turned himself in on November 3.  He was sent to the Ulster County Jail pending a future court appearance.
