SWAN LAKE – A Livingston Manor man, who is on parole and evaded police in a chase in Thompson and Monticello on Thursday, was arrested by State Police on Friday.
John Napolitano, 47, evaded Sullivan County Sheriff’s deputies when they attempted to arrest him following a traffic stop. On Friday, state troopers form the Liberty barracks caught him without incident in a wooded area of Swan Lake.
Napolitano was sent to the Sullivan County Jail pending a state parole hearing.
