Last suspect in Yonkers killing pleads guilty

WHITE PLAINS – A Mount Vernon man pled guilty on Wednesday to felony criminal possession of a weapon in the shooting death of another man in Yonkers on September 18, 2015.
Garth O’Neil Cole, 23, pled guilty and is expected to be sentenced on December.
Michael Nolan was shot in the head as he stood outside his car early in the morning.
Three other men involved in the murder previously pled guilty. Nashaun Hunter, 18, of the Bronx pled guilty to manslaughter. Tejmitra Singh, 18, of the Bronx, pled guilty to felony assault, and Darren Dawson, 19, also of the Bronx, pled guilty to felony assault. Hunter, Singh and Dawson will be sentenced in October.
