Putnam warrant sweep nets 11 on misdemeanor charges

CARMEL – The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office arrested 11 people in a warrant sweep on Thursday.  All of those picked up were wanted for various misdemeanor crimes

Ronald Brown, 32, of Mahopac, was charged with criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument as a misdemeanor. He was sent to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
Fortune Macri, 58, of Pleasantville, was charged with the misdemeanor of theft of services.
Louis DiPippo, Jr., 61, of Hopewell Junction, was charged with petit larceny and committed in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
Maura Purtill, 47, of Patterson, was charged with DWI and released on her own recognizance.
Nicole Tharas, 36, of Kent was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She was released on her own recognizance.
Adam Wilson, 40, of Patterson was charged with unlawful imprisonment as a misdemeanor. He was committed in lieu of $400 cash bail.
Jessica Price, 45, of Patterson was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and released on her own recognizance.
William Weber, 22, of Pawling, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana and released on his own recognizance.
Devaughan Cleveland, 22, of Philipstown, was arrested for disorderly conduct and released on his own recognizance.
Joseph Jamieson, 31, of Kent, was arrested for a warrant issued by City of Poughkeepsie Court on a charge of false personation. He was turned over to City of Poughkeepsie Police.
Christian Larkin, 41, of Kent, was charged with DWI and turned over to Town of Carmel Police.
