CARMEL – A Mahopac man is in the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond following his arrest on felony burglary charges.
Mikheil Kapanadze, 28, allegedly burglarized a Mahopac residence and stole jewelry. During the investigation, the jewelry was located and recovered after several warrant searches were executed in the Bronx and Brooklyn.
If found guilty of the felony charge, he could face up to 15 years in state prison.
