TOWN OF WALLKILL – Police and fire personnel continue to search for a missing vulnerable woman who disappeared on Tuesday, February 16 from the Rockland Psychiatric Center’s facility at the Middletown Community Campus.
On Thursday, authorities conducted a ground search of the campus looking for Colleen Hanly, also known as “Frankie,” but after extensive efforts, she was not located.
Assistant Wallkill Police Chief Tony Spano said they wanted to be certain she was not anywhere on the property. “We are following all leads,” he said.
Hanly, 42, who has been off her medication and in need of medical attention, is bipolar and schizophrenic, authorities said.
