Wallkill man accused of raping teen over four years

TOWN OF WALLKILL – A Town of Wallkill man is charged with first-degree rape in connection with the sexual assaults on a teenager over the course of four years.
Late last Friday, February 19, a Wallkill detective arrested Rogelio Rosas Roman, 35, of 169 Commonwealth Avenue in Wallkill on the rape charge stemming from incidents where a 17-year-old victim was sexually assaulted over the period of time.
Roman was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $300,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
