New York City man charged with trying to bribe DMV employee to pass CDL exam

YONKERS – State Police arrested a New York City man on a felony bribery charge for allegedly offering a motor vehicle office worker $500 to give him a passing grade on a CDL exam at the Yonkers DMV office.
The representative immediately notified her supervisor of the bribe and Homero Rodriguez, 64, of New York City, was arrested.  He was committed to the Westchester County Jail pending a future court appearance.
