PORT JERVIS – A warrant search at a Port Jervis residence resulted in the arrests of three people on drug charges.
Port Jervis Police and the Orange County Sheriff’s Official Special Operations Group raided the home at 11 Rail Road Avenue on Friday, December 18, leading to the arrests of Daniel Cabral, 28, Ashley Nellums, 26, Keith Nellums, 29.
Cabral and Ashley Nellums were each charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal sale of a controlled substance, both as felonies, and misdemeanor drug possession and use of drug paraphernalia. Keith Nellums was charged with four misdemeanor counts of drug possession and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Cabral is in the Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. Ashley Nellums is held without bail. Keith Nellums bail was set at $1,000.
