WHITE PLAINS – A man, who allegedly killed another man while the two were caddies at the Pelham Country Club in Pelham Manor back in 1996, was arrested in Kingston, Jamaica and returned to Westchester County.
Gifton Cousins, 48, also known as Michael Cousins, was arraigned on the murder charge as well as criminal possession of a weapon and sent to the Westchester County Jail.  If convicted, he faces up to 25 years to life in state prison.
On September 12, 1996 while Cousins and the other man, Jason Campbell, 23, were both caddies at the country club, an argument turned violent and Cousins pulled out a knife and stabbed Campbell in the chest. He later died in the hospital.
Cousins fled the country and was located this year in Jamaica where he was taken into custody and brought back to New York.
