WHITE PLAINS – A Yonkers man was found guilty in federal court on Thursday of kidnapping a 19-year-old woman, conspiring to engage in sex trafficking of the victim and engaging in sex trafficking with her.
Clydedoro Graham was convicted after a seven-day jury trial in US District Court.
It was alleged that Graham, a pimp, conspired with his girlfriend, his cousin and his friend, to lure a prostitute to his apartment to force her to work for them.  They persuaded a prostitute who posted on Backpage.com to come over for a prostitution date.
The three men took turns forcibly having sex with the victim and Clydedoro Graham.  The ringleader, told her he was going to take her to the streets of Yonkers to prostitute her for his own benefit.
The scheme unraveled two days after the woman was held captive, on June 18, 2014, when two Yonkers police officers went to the apartment after receiving a tip from people who had been looking for the victim.
On December 4, 2014, Clydedoro Graham, Alisa Papp, Kevin Graham and Hector Garcia, were charged with sex trafficking and kidnapping. Papp, Kevin Graham, and Garcia entered guilty pleas before trial and await sentencing.
Clydedoro Graham faces up to life in prison for his conviction when sentenced in April 2016.
