Pascarella, Jr.
KINGSTON – A Clintondale man was indicted by an Ulster County grand jury on a murder charge in connection with the December 2014 death of his father.
Nicholas Pascarella, Jr., 40, was arrested on December 29, 2014, one day after his father, Nichols Pascarella, Sr. died.
At the time of his arrest, State Police said the son had confronted his father in the driveway of his home and after an altercation, the father suffered head trauma when he was struck with a baseball bat. He died after being taken to the hospital.
