TOWN OF ULSTER
– A Saugerties man has been committed to the Ulster County Jail
without bail following his arrest on charges stemming from a domestic
dispute.
Ulster Town Police said Robert Vitale, 33, was charged with two counts
of criminal contempt and two counts of aggravated family arrest, and criminal
mischief, all as felonies.
Vitale was also charged with criminal obstructing of airway and breathing,
aggravated harassment and criminal mischief, all as misdemeanors.
