The secretive
City of Kingston Board of Ethics will be meeting this evening, behind
closed doors in one of the conference rooms at City Hall. They are expected
to make a final decision on the matter deliberated throughout September.
While the subject is technically confidential, it has been
determined through independent sources and direct observation of the witnesses
entering the proceedings, that the issue surrounds the Pike Plan and whether
Third Ward Alderman Brad Will should have recused himself from Pike Plan
deliberations.
Details should be made available by the Ethics Board after
they make their official determination.
