Grahamsville man charged with rape for having sex with underage girl

LIBERTY – A 22-year-old Grahamsville man has been charged with
felony third-degree rape for having sex with a 15-year-old girl. The incident
occurred in the Town of Fallsburg.

State Police charged Michael Fisher based on the victim’s inability
to consent due to her age.

Fisher was remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash
bail or $30,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
