MONTICELLO – A husband and wife were arrested following a warrant search at their 40 Cypert Road home in Woodbourne where authorities found a small marijuana growing operation with 16 plants. Bernard Rodriguez is in the Sullivan County Jail without bail.  Arlene Rodriguez was committed in lieu of $5,000 bail.
A state DEC officer filed charges for the illegal bear hide.
