Warwick man charged with tearing down Middletown street sign

MIDDLETOWN – City Police arrested a Warwick man for tearing down and removing a recently installed street sign near the Paramount Theater.
The “Aaron Tveit Way” sign was dedicated in honor of Middletown High School class of 2001 graduate Aaron Tveit, who has gone on to be featured in
Several Broadway plays and musicals, and has had several TV and movie roles.
James Harris, 22, was charged with criminal mischief and petit larceny, both as misdemeanors.
