Three arrested for quality of life crimes in Kingston

KINGSTON – Police arrested three people in the City of Kingston as they conducted a quality of life crimes investigation on Thursday, July 30.
The Special Investigations Unit of city police, State Police Narcotics Enforcement Team and Town of Ulster Police Detective Division, jointly conducted the investigation.
Noe Meza Sanchez was charged with patronizing a prostitute and loitering for the purpose of prostitution. He was release on an appearance ticket.
William Drake, Jr. was arrested for a parole violation. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
Steven Boler was arrested for obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct and was released on an appearance ticket
